Snarky Social Media Posts Are Bad PR for Actors
An actor said not flattering things about a show on twitter, and many people got very upset about it. It was a PR mistake.
Theatre practitioners often refrain from discussing one another's work negatively in public, partly because they could end up working together in the future
(from The Guardian). I suggest it isn't just people who work in theatre, and all social media counts as talking in public (meaning Facebook, Twitter, and everything else).

comments: I think this is probably good practice for anyone in any industry, be the bigger person and keep your insults off social media! It's not like you still can't say it, just to who ever is around you instead of the entire world!
