Good Acting Requires Good Sleep and Eating Well

Abraham Maslow concocted a theory of a Hierarchy of Needs:

and the basic concept is that we focus on what ever lowest level is unfulfilled (e.g., if hungry, it is difficult to reach your full potential by performing a script well, for instance). You can read a whole book Maslow wrote on this and other complexities of human nature.

comments: When you say Love you mean Loves of all types right? Not only people. But also hobbies, etc. Because that is what my teacher taught me.

I suppose yes. Though hobbies may also fall into self-actualization too.

Then, What do you mean by love?

And what do you mean when you say I suppose that yes?

Which one out of those do you think is the most important?

Keep in mind this is based on Maslow's work, and more details are available in his work. Important for life and acting is loving, and being loved by, people. I believe he was referring more to love between and for people, more than for a hobby.

So do you think he meant more people loving you or you loving people?

And out of all of those which one do you think is the most important!
