How to Find Extra Work

This list of extra casting directors and background casting companies is based on a list by Carol Grant Casting and posted to the Hollywood Happy Hour email list. I've tried to verify/correct the phone numbers online and add a few casting agencies myself. As always, be careful and exercise your own due diligence; caveat actor:

Central Casting, 818-562-2755, casts the bulk of the background work on TV
Sande Alessi, 818-623-7040, casting for Curb Your Enthusiasm, Entourage and some movies.
Jeff Olan, 818-377-4475, Gray's Anatomy, Medium, and some movies
Prime, 323-962-5846, Hallmark MOW's, higher based print gigs, smaller movies and industrials
Creative Extras, 310-391-9041, Boston Legal and other David E. Kelley shows
Burbank Casting, 818-559-2350, Commercial, Print, TV and Film Background Actors, Music Videos
Producer's Casting Agency, 310-459-0229

Again, be vigilant; caveat actor.
